Terms & Conditions for Availing University Transport.

  1. The University reserves the right to withdraw the transport facility at any time, without prior notice or reason.
  2. The three-month fee should be submitted as an advance payment by the 10th of every month, in accordance with designated routes.
  3. No student should board the University Bus without a boarding pass issued by the Transport Section.
  4. In the event of a University Vehicle fault, no alternative arrangements will be provided during the repair period.
  5. Transportation charges shall be subject to revision periodically, and each commuter is required to pay the revised charges as determined by the University Authorities.
  6. Commuters must maintain discipline in University Vehicles and cooperate with the respective drivers.
  7. Students will be picked up/dropped off at main stops along the designated routes.
  8. Seat allocation will be based on a first-come, first-served basis upon submission of the form.
  9. Upon submission of the online form, the fee must be deposited to secure the seat.
  10. The fee receipt and form are to be submitted to the office of the Transport Section.
