Important Instructions
1.
Only online
submission of forms facility should be used.
2.
Once the
form is submitted online, a print out of that should be taken.
3.
The
printout will contain 3 pages including pay in slip in triplicate
one of J&k Bank.
4.
The pay in
slip in triplicate should be used for submission of Fee in J&K Bank.
5.
Fee of Rs.
750/= should be deposited in any of the branches of the J&K Bank .
6.
Application
form along relevant documents should reach office of the DCDC by or before Last date
